Damn MC... we actually could have had a good phot sesh on Sunday. I was just a hair north of there on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday was even better, btw.

Good seeing you and Robin on Saturday! Too bad I had my baby girl and couldn't paddle out... on the other hand, she had a great time on the beach and I enjoyed it too but man did I want a piece of what was throwing. Sunday sucked monkey asses compared to Sat (differing in opinion to mofo here)! I was happy to get in the water though... I was the only one out at the spot/area for my first hour which was golden! But the energy was lack luster to say the least. I got some good excercise and am always stoked on that.

Not knowing what spot you guys were out but Sat and Sun were night and day energy wise. I think I know your spot... because of your txt but maybe you went somewhere else?? Sunday morning was a little cleaner water surface wise with a much less intense offshore flow but the energy was lacking in umph compared to Sat. Saw lots of decent barrels on Sat but Sun just had lack luster playful surf. Being that I am on a bodyboard makes me hyper sensitive to waves energy wise because low energy and/or non barreling waves suck on a bodyboard... not to say stand ups couldn't have had a blast on Sunday. All that matters is that you had fun and ultimately your opinion of your session/conditions is all that matters.
