SURF pics

friday the 24th...
saw the mofo at bd...
shot everywhere from oxnard to n.la....
a couple "rare birds" were firing on all cylinders...
was in the vc zone on weds...thurs...and friday....
good surf all over all three days...
but friday was epical...(is that a word?)

but that big hole in the ground in arizona was incredible!!
my first time there...
magical place...
i will be going back sometime...

it snowed on us twice...
we wuz camping...
it wuz COLD...
but also had 2 or 3 days of really nice warm days as well...
camping in the friggin' snow can be a lotta work....
fortunately we wuz fairly prepared...
some boy scouts camped a hundred miles from us had to
be rescued out of the snow....
heh...heh....

This is my first attempt at real surf photography with a professional camera that my friend let me use. My only other attempts have been with a crappy cell phone camera. I only got about 8 shots off, but I did hit a few gems. Next time I'll work on getting sequences.
